Our first visit to Dr. Chad will most definitely NOT be our last. Thank you to everyone who made my 3 year old daughter’s very painful toothache, which turned out to be a sore in her mouth, into a fun play day. She loved feeling like she was in a play world, not a dentist. WOW!!! We were blown away. She just keeps talking about the fun she had to her two brothers, who now WANT to go to the dentist. My 3 year old twins had their first cleaning visit this morning and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The atmosphere and staff were wonderful! The staff was very kid friendly and took the time to show (on a 3 year old level) what everything was and how it worked and make the experience fun and exciting! My 5yr old had her 2nd visit the other day (Ooltewah site). THE BEST experience AGAIN- the place feels like a tree house, super clean, staff is beyond nice, flat screens all over (even on ceiling for kids to watch while getting worked on), she played video games while I scheduled her next appt, and awesome prizes for kids to pick from along with quality toothbrush/toothpaste when they are done! So happy to have an awesome dentist office!

We love Dr. Chad. He is the only Doc. I know that would drive 2 hrs and open his office up at 11:00 pm to put my son's two front adult teeth back in, after they were knocked out during a baseball game. We were not even one of his patients then, but we are now. I can never thank him enough.
